WILSON CAN'T WAIT TO GET BACK TO AUGUSTA // 16th March 2009

Oliver Wilson is looking forward to his Masters debut after scoring a top-five place at the WGC-CA Championship on Sunday.

The Englishman secured his highest finish on the PGA Tour when he shot a 6-under-par 66 at Doral's Blue Monster to finish in a tie for fifth alongside Colombia's Camilo Villegas. The pair was six shots behind tournament winner Phil Mickelson.

The Englishman collected a check for $275,000 and moved up to fourth in the European Tour Race To Dubai standings. It has also instilled new confidence in the 28-year-old heading into the opening major of the year in four weeks.

The Ryder Cup star does not need to be shown the way around Augusta National. He played college golf at Augusta State University, and knows the sprawling Georgia city like the back of his hand -- and that should guarantee him some extra local support.

"I'm feeling good," Wilson said. "I'm not playing loads but I have a few good tournaments coming up. Obviously, the Masters is the main one that I want to prepare properly for. I am looking forward to it and it should be a lot of fun."
